Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all reports, findings, data, and intelligence provided by Netxafe to clients. By receiving any Netxafe deliverable, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use Netxafe reports and findings exclusively for: internal review and analysis of your organisation’s security posture; planning and prioritising remediation activities; presenting findings to your leadership or IT team; supporting your PIPEDA compliance obligations; and engaging qualified third-party vendors to remediate identified vulnerabilities.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not: resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Netxafe deliverable; share findings with competitors or media without our prior written consent; use breach data or exposure information to take action against third parties; publish vulnerability findings publicly; or use our methodology to develop competing products or services.

3. Authorised Representative Requirement

You represent and warrant that you are an authorised representative of the organisation whose domain and data you submitted for assessment. Submitting another organisation’s data without authorisation may constitute a violation of Canadian privacy law.
