Confidentiality Statement

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

Netxafe understands that cybersecurity engagements involve access to some of the most sensitive information an organisation holds. This statement sets out our unconditional commitment to protecting the confidentiality of every client.

Our Commitment

All security findings, vulnerability data, scan results, audit reports, and client-specific information are treated as strictly confidential. We will never disclose, publish, share, or reference your organisation’s security vulnerabilities to any third party without your explicit prior written consent. We will never use your organisation’s name in marketing materials without your prior written approval.

Internal Access Controls

Client data is accessible only to personnel directly involved in delivering your engagement. All personnel with access to client data are bound by written confidentiality obligations. Client files are stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems.

Survival of Obligations

Our confidentiality obligations do not expire when your service engagement ends. We will continue to protect the confidentiality of your information indefinitely, limited only by any legal obligation to disclose imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements

If your organisation requires a signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to commencing an engagement, we are pleased to provide and execute one. Contact legal@netxafe.ca to request our standard MNDA.
