Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Netxafe will consider requests for refunds or credits. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.

Netxafe Scan Reports

Full refunds are available if you cancel before the scan has been initiated. No refund is available once a scan report has been generated and delivered, as the service has been fully performed. If you believe your report contains a material error, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will review the concern and, if validated, provide a corrected report or credit at our discretion.

Netxafe Audit Reports

If you cancel before audit work has commenced, the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after work has commenced but before delivery of the final report, the deposit is non-refundable. No refund is available after the final report has been delivered.

Netxafe Guard Retainer

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. If Netxafe fails to deliver contracted monthly services, you are entitled to a pro-rated credit for the period of non-delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Contact billing@netxafe.ca within the applicable timeframe. Include your name, organisation, invoice number, and description of your concern. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve all requests within 10 business days.
